Refunds

Taking the spot is a one-time digital placement. Once your URL is on the board, the charge is complete. Another payment can replace you at any time.

If checkout succeeded but your URL never appeared, email us with the Dodo Payments or NOWPayments payment ID and we will place it or refund. Failed or cancelled checkouts are not charged. Card refunds are issued through Dodo Payments.

Crypto payments are final once the network confirms. We cannot reverse a blockchain transfer; we can only refund by a new transfer if the listing failed to go up.
